Ring slings are so comfortable to wear-even with heavier babies and toddlers-and keep babies safe and secure.  The Heart to Heart sling has been in production since 1989; is made of high quality fabrics with the highest regard for mum and baby’s comfort.  If you’ve tried other carries that strain your back after a few minutes then you are missing out.  They have padded edges to gently support babies head and legs. The end of the sling is sewn together creating a handy pocket you can store small items in, like; cloths, a wallet, or a pacifier. Each sling comes with a short instructional DVD showing you how to use the sling.

I have to say that it was my Chiropractor who first suggested this product.  She said that my fussy, skinny, non-eating-baby, needed to be close to me to be calm-not cry-and relax.  It took me a couple of days to get the hang of it, just like anything new, but after that adjusting it was a cinch.  Nice thing is it doesn’t matter if your child prefers to lie down, sit straight up, sit sideways or a combination this one product accommodates them all.  My first (fussy guy) liked to be upright (turns out he had severe reflux so it’s no wonder) my second, also liked to sit upright when she was very little.  When she got older that changed to a side sitting preference.  I just tired a couple of different positions until we worked it out.  Note:  It is important to have a newborn to 3 months old in the upright position close to your heart and your eyes.  It is also important to make sure that a baby/child is able to hold their head up on their own prior to going in the hip/side, or back carrying position.
